Backorders will be sent without any further notice.
A commitment to deliver the ordered item does not exist. van Deurs Danmark reserves the right to deliver products only upon availability.

Risk of goods
The risk for the goods acquired at van Deurs Danmark passes upon receipt of the goods to you.
It's your duty when receiving the goods, to check the packaging and to accept or reject the goods with reservation in case of damage. Evt. Damage should be documented by photos so we can process the case.

Complaints and order cancellation
Any errors or shortcomings in the delivery must be reported to van Deurs Danmark, within 8 days of receipt of goods with image documentation sent to info@vandeursdanmark.dk
We reserve the right to correct calculation or printing errors, accounting errors and similar manifest errors at any time.
We do not refund goods that are not returned in their original packaging.
Cancellation of an order must be made within 5 days of order creation.

Period of validity
